Dates available: Year Round - • ADDITIONAL FEES: Non-refundable $75 processing fee and $98.00 (+12% tax) Housekeeping Fee.
• RATES ARE BASED ON 1 TO 4 ADULTS, additional adults are $10 extra per night to a maximum of (6) guests allowed per villa. Children 14 and under stay free and are included in the maximum allowable number of (6) guests in each villa.
• RESERVATION PAYMENT: A 25% deposit of your total charge is required when booking a reservation and your remaining balance is due upon arrival. This policy is excluded for Special Rates, full payment is due upon booking for discounted rates.
• FORMS OF PAYMENT: We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, cash, or traveler's checks. No personal checks are accepted. This policy is excluded for Special Rates, full payment is due upon booking for discounted rates.
• CHECK IN / CHECK OUT: Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 10 AM at the Registration Office.
