Advanced Deposits:
We take a $300 Refundable Damage Deposit/Reservation Hold. This is returned to you within 4 - 10 days of your departure date provided nothing is missing or damaged. Your Deposit is due at the time you fill out your Rental Form in order to hold your desired time frame. The rental fee is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. If it is less than 30 days to your desired dates, ALL monies are due at the time of booking. We accept checks or credit cards. - 7% Return Guest Discounts
