Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A 4% minimum staff tip is required unless we receive a service complaint
- No taxes or extras apply. Our rates are are as stated.
A deposit of 50% of the contracted amount is payable on booking. Reservations will NOT be held when deposit payments are overdue more than one week. Due to issues in the past, we have now instituted a rule that the first party to pay the deposit secures the reservation. For rentals up to two weeks, 30 days before occupation, the final balance plus $500 security deposit must be received in full. For longer rentals, the final payment must be paid together with the $500 security deposit 60 days before the first day of occupancy.
Payment is preferred by PayPal or Visa/Mastercard. - Cancellation policy: Written notice required in all cases. Subject to a $50 processing fee in all cases.
One week rentals:
Prior to 60 days before contracted starting date: Full refund.
After 60 days and before 30 days before contracted starting date: 50% refund + security deposit; if we re-rent, full refund will be made in due course less the processing fee.
Within 30 days of contracted starting date: Only the security deposit will be refunded unless we are able to re-rent the villa.
Over one week rentals: 90 days written notice required for full refund. We recommend travel insurance against unforeseen cancellation.

- All bathrooms have been designed with natural slate stone tiles and European style showers. They also all have, Nickel finish fittings, luxurious towels, shower gel & shampoo dispensers and ample shelving space for all your toiletries.

- 2 Bedrooms have an ensuite;1 contains 2 single beds that can be put together comfortably to create a King. There is also room for another single bed. The other ensuite bedroom has a Queen bed. There is an extra folding bed which can go in any room. The 3rd Bedroom contains 2 single beds that can be put together comfortably to create a King, The bathroom for this bedroom is located right next to it. All bedrooms contain new quiet A/C units, ceiling fans and Egyptian cotton sheets. 2 extra people can be accomodated in the living room sofa bed. No A/C but there is a fan overhead. This option is only in high season (Dec-April) when outside temperatures are more comfortable. There is a 4th bathroom located in the Lounging Cabana by the pool.

Chaises can be rented on the beach for approx. $2.USD daily.
*The stereo system has a docking station for playing IPOD's or MP3's.
*The al fresco dining Cabana in backyard also has a small fridge and wet bar w/bar stools
