Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Holiday Weekends, Quilt Show Week, Spring Break Week: $300 per night
- Jun - Aug: three-nt minimum mid week & 4 night minimum over the weekends; 4 nt minimum Quilt Show,Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.
Security Deposit: $350 (refundable). 7% Room Tax.
30 Day cancellation to apply during peak seasons & holiday weekends . Additional $25/person/nt over 8 people. - Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
