- A deposit of 30% must be made at the time of booking and full payment made 45 days
prior to arrival date. Cancellaton policy: A cancellation fee of 20% for
cancellation made earlier than 45 days prior to arrival date, 50% if made 30
days prior to arrival date and 100% if made within 30 days of arrival credit cards are accepted using paypal if you have a bank account with payoal there is no fee, but if not they charge 2.9% which renters are responsible for.
