China Cottage Details
Rates and availability: Rental periods are Saturday through Saturday. Check-in at 3pm, check-out at 10am. A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required at time of reservation. Remaining balance plus $250 refundable security deposit is due two weeks prior to rental. Add additional $75 cleaning fee and 7% Maine Lodging Tax to all rental rates.
Cottage: The cottage is a well loved and taken care of family get away. We hope that you and your family enjoy your stay as much as we do.
