Spring/Summer/Fall Value rates (April, May, June,Nov- Dec15):
$364 per night + 9% tax
Spring/Summer/Fall Peak rates(July,Aug,Sep,Oct):
$481 per night + 9% tax*
*Holiday rates may be higher
Ski season rates are from December 15th - March 31st:
$680/night on weekends and $509/ night on weeknights +9% tax
Presidents day weekend, MLK and Christmas week are Holiday rates and that is $772 per night.
All rates above are all inclusive. NO other cleaning, booking or reservation fees will be charged!
Since we are an approved 7 Springs rental property and rent through 7 Springs Rental program, the lodge indoor and outdoor pool, fitness area, and some other 7 Spring amenities are available for your use at NO ADDITIONAL charge!
Holiday rates may be higher and all rates are subject to change without notice. - Remember, All condos at Seven Springs are not equal. Most not slopeside, Ski in/ Ski out or not near the pool. You never know what quality of condo you will get either. So if you want to be assured you are getting the perfect location and the best quality of a condo with all the extras, deal direct with the owner of Sunridge Q5.
