Security deposit is held until after guest departure, and is immediately mailed back to guest after home is inspected and found to be in satisfactory order. Please note security deposit is non-refundable if guest cancels reservation within 90 days of reservation check in date. All rental fees are due in full and are non-refundable within 60 days of arrival/reservation.
