Rockport Studio Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $700.00 - $1070.00/week
- discount to singles,also for multiple weeks, upon availability.
Summer/Fall 2013: 875-925$ for 2, addit guests extra, up to 4 guests. 7% Maine rental tax for short terms
$825- $950 monthly for 1- 2, avail Sept-May, rate based on 6 months minimum stay, sec deposit req., final cleaning fee. No surprise guests please. $800/month for 8 months term, 1 month sec dep req., final cleaning fee - 100-200$ deposit required for booking. Full amount of rate, tax, plus cleaning is required 30 days prior to arrival date. Cleaning fee is 60$ minimum call. Cancellations are excepted in writing, 60 days prior, and deposit will be reimbursed minus 100 cancellation fee..Dock usage charged separately. 'Surprise' guests not permitted. Only additional guests agreed upon prior to arrival are accepted, for an extra fee. No rate refunds after rental start.
