Security deposit: There is a $400.00 security/damage deposit due at reservation. Approved pets require an additional $100.00 deposit. Deposit is refundable within 7 days after departure and satisfactory inspection of the property.

Cleaning fee: There is a $100.00 cleaning fee due at time of reservation. This is for final clean upon departure, if additional cleaning is requested, there will be a $100 fee charged for each clean.
