Beach house 1/2 block from Ocean: The garage is a safe place to park your car or motorcycles and a boat, jet ski or RV can be parked in the driveway. For your convenience, you'll find a full sized washer and dryer, refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher and all small appliances. Enjoy the private courtyard w/ patio furniture & fire pit off the great room for stargazing dinners or private sunbathing. The large front yard with sundeck, table and umbrella is perfect for playing with the kids, & listening to the waves while grilling (gas). Most condos do not allow grills. Why stay in a crowded condo or motel when you can stay in your own personal beach house? We are competitively priced and offer a lot for the money. Comfy great room has 27 in. TV w/ DVD, CD, surround sound & DVD library. All BRs have TVs w/ 99 channel cable. Other amenities include local phone service and ceiling fans in all rooms. The 2 spotless bathrooms are nicely decorated. Plush towels & hair dryers furnished.
We also offer special rates for long-term rentals.
Other Activities: Daytona Lagoon Water Park with Game Room for a great family outing. Disney World is just a quick one hour drive! Home of the LPGA.
