No Surcharge for babies (0 - 2 years)! ++Children: Baby-Equipment (must be booked, as supply is limited): 1 x changing mat, 1 x cot, 1 x high chair, 1 x nappy bin (19 Euros per stay inclusive bed linen and towels, 16 Euros without bed linen and towels). ++Babysitting: English speaking sitters can be arranged during your stay.
Wireless Lan free of charge! - Breakfast buffet: We offer a breakfast buffet every morning. Prices: 8.95 Euros per person over 15 years. Children under 7 are free. Children (7 – 9 years) pay 3.50 Euros; children (10 – 14 years) pay 4.50 per breakfast. Special weekly rate: 55 Euros per person over 15 years.
- Credit card payment: For credit card payments there is a surcharge of 2.95 % (due to the fees which are charged to us by the credit card companies). Cancellation: Any cancellation made by the client for whatever reason shall be in writing. On receipt of notice of cancellation, we will seek to re-let the apartment for the period of booking. If we succeed in re-letting the apartment for the whole period it shall refund all the monies paid less an administration charge of 25 Euro (plus VAT). If we only succeed in re-letting the apartment for part of the period booked it shall refund an amount equal to the money paid less the rental for the period which is not re-let and an administration charge of 25 Euro. If we are unable to re-let the apartment at all then all monies paid by the client shall be forfeit to the Goldener Hahn. We strongly recommend clients to take out cancellation insurance.
