North Kingstown Bungalow Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- The Bungalow is available at $4500 per month (monthly rental only) in June, July, August, September, and October. Rental includes bi-weekly cleaning services, utilities, and lawn and garden care.
Sorry, no smoking or pets.
A non-refundable deposit of $600 per rental month is required to hold your reservation.
The remainder of the rental fee and a security deposit of $3500 are due eight weeks prior to arrival. - Our deep-water mooring can be accessed by your dinghy from Sauga Point, and is available in conjunction with the bungalow rental for an additional $1000 per month.
