50% due within one week of booking. The balance is due 60 days before your arrival. We accept Visa, Master Card and checks. We can put the charge on multiple cards. Ask about our discounts!

* Last minute DISCOUNTS for bookings within two weeks of arrival.
* $300 cleaning fee. More frequent maid service is available for an extra charge.

* Reservation deposit of 1/2 due within one week of verbal reservation, paid by check/Mastercard/Visa. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
* Cancellation policy: Confirmed reservations are considered binding. We will issue a refund if we are able to rebook the dates less a $300 administration fee. Travel insurance is available.
* Pets: Well behaved dog will be considered. There is a fee of $25/night/dog. $500 damage deposit. No cats allowed.
* No smoking inside; smokers may use covered front porch outside.

This $2,000,000 home is located in the Historic District of Santa Fe on Palace Ave., one of the oldest streets in Santa Fe. Palace Ave. is named after the Palace of the Governors from Spanish times,which is on Palace Ave. in the famous Plaza. This is the largest licensed rental home in the Historical District. You are a 10 minute walk to the famous Plaza and Canyon Road from Casa Bonita. My wife, Bonita grew up in this famous house. She knows Santa Fe well and can help you with your Santa Fe planning. Casa Bonita is a short walk to Canyon Road and The Compound and El Farol Restaurants. We love to stroll over to Canyon Road for dinner. The very large great room has 13 foot high beamed ceilings with corbals and opens to the large granite counter top kitchen with all new appliances. It is great for entertaining and has a 55 inch flat screen HDTV
