Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Off season - Sept. 8 thru November 3. We rent for no less than 3 nights and rates are reduced to 1200. a week and 200 a night.
- The weekly rental rate is $1400.00 weekly and rents from Saturday to Saturday. You may rent for 3 or more nights for 250 a night
