The villa offers a full kitchen with all full size appliances and a microwave, 1 color TV, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and all the housewares you may need. There is central air and heating, 2 queen size beds, one twin bed and a twin size rollaway bed. The manager of the villa is right across the street to help you take care of any problems during your stay. The spacious double-car garage has remote door opening. Within 10 minutes from the villa, on Highway 192, is a Wal-Mart Supercenter, restaurants, supermarkets, stores, a twin movie theater, garages and anything else that you might need. A flea market is only 15 minutes from the villa on 192. Within 30 minutes you can be at the Mall at Millenia or The Florida Mall in Orlando by way of the Turnpike. Within 5 minutes from the villa are tennis courts and a handball court which you may use at no charge. Within 15 minutes there are two PGA rated golf courses.

Orlando International Airport is only 30 minutes from the villa. About an hour's drive, either east or west, you can reach Florida's beaches, or you can go to the NASA Kennedy Space Center for tours. You can actually drive on Daytona Beach, the most famous beach in the world. The Silver Spurs Arena, located in Kissimmee, hosts two major rodeos a year. The Houston Astros do their Spring Training within 20 minutes of the villa. The Orlando Convention Center and the Gaylord Palms, with its convention center, beautiful grounds, bars and restaurants, are both about 45 minutes from the villa. Lake Tohopekaliga (Lake Toho), considered one of the best bass fishing lakes in the country, is accessible by canoe within a matter of a few minutes. For your daily exercise, there is a walkway on Lake Toho.

When you need a rest, it's nice to discover that the old Florida is still there, with many natural places of interest to visit, canals to canoe down, lakes to fish and wildlife to see; all under the Florida sun.
