A wall of windows looks out onto the deck to the canal. This room has a large TV, DVD, VCR and cable, and a fireplace with lots of seating. A ceiling fan is in addition to the air-conditioning. This room leads onto the large kitchen, dining area which has a full range of amenities including, big table and 8 chairs, refrigerator, microwave, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, icemaker, disposal, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, radio/CD. There is a separate laundry area with washer and tumble dryer and sink. An area off that contains a fish fridge. Double French doors lead to the huge deck with a gas barbecue, large table, chairs, rockers and bench. The lower deck is 70 foot long and has a fish cleaning station with electricity and water. There are green lights in the canal, helpful for night fishing. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a queen bed, with useful fan over, dresser, chest, two nightstands, TV with cable, VCR and DVD.

The en-suite bathroom has a Jacuzzi® tub, large walk-in shower, double sinks, his and her closets and separate toilet. The bedroom leads onto a fabulous sunroom which contains a sofa, computer and printer with wireless Internet for the rest of the house and deck. It leads out via patio doors onto the deck which surrounds our palm tree and has a table and chairs and rockers. Perfect for a leisurely breakfast! Also downstairs there is a half bathroom, access to the front garden and bench, and internal access to the double garage with electric doors. And to the first floor!!! The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and night stand and a large closet. A ceiling fan sits above the bed. There is a TV with cable and a Playstation2® for games or DVD playing. Patio doors open to a private deck with views of the canal and bay beyond. The third bedroom also has a queen bed, large closet, nightstand and chest. The fourth bedroom contains 2 twin beds, a nightstand and storage area.

There really is too much to mention; all furniture and contents were new in October 2004. We also have 3 bicycles and a telephone with free local calls. The air conditioning is separately controlled upstairs and down, useful when upstairs not in use, with different preferences for night time temperatures. All bath and bed linens are provided. Weekly cleaning is available at extra cost. Rockport is close to Port Aransas with its fabulous beaches, 40 minutes to Corpus Christi for shopping, 2.5 hours from San Antonio, 3 hours from Houston, 3 hours from Old Mexico, but when you are here you could be a million miles away! We know you will love our home as much as we do and look forward to seeing you again and again.
