Caribbean Sun is a brand new unit for 2005. The property is extremely well situated on Simpson Bay Beach, one of the island's only truly natural, uncongested, sandy beaches. The property enjoys a southern exposure on a little over one acre. Renters will truly enjoy the views of both Caribbean sunrises and magnificent, brilliant sunsets. The property includes an over-sized kidney shaped swimming pool with decking and slate stone pathways to the condo units. The landscaping is vibrant and subtropical. Parking spaces are provided for owners and guests. Even though the sea breezes are cooling on a Summer's day, each bedroom and living area is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.

This unit is located in a very unique area, close to the airport and rental cars, and on the best 2 mile beach you can find. The beach is never crowded or busy, many times you can look out and see only a handful of people. There are many great restaurants close by, as well as boats to take you to St. Barts and Saba.
