*Prior approval required for all pets. - Available for winter rental from October or November through April or May. $1000/month includes all utilities, cable TV and Internet, local phone service, snow plowing, and trash removal. Pet considered -- prior approval and additional monthly fee needed for pet. Larger security deposit required for season long rental.
