The vacation rental house is located in Fountain Valley on the edge of Huntington Beach, convenient to Southern California attractions such as Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Legoland, Sea World, San Diego Zoo. Close to 405 Freeway, easy access south to Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, San Clemente or even to San Diego. Single family vacation house features a master bedroom (main floor), a second master bedroom with retreat (den). House sleeps 6 to 9 guests, European king bed, a queen bed, 5 twin beds. The home is fully equipped with 4 satellite TV's, VCR, DVD, dishwasher, microwave, fireplace, washer/dryer, and patio dining. Registration by email.

This private residential home is located in Fountain Valley between Disneyland and Huntington Beach, Orange County, Southern California. It is an easy 1/2 mile drive to the 405 (San Diego) Freeway with easy access to Los Angeles County north and San Diego County south. It is only 7 - 10 minutes drive to sprawling swimming/surfing beaches with ample parking. Disneyland can be driven in 15 - 20 minutes. In addition, there are fabulous shopping opportunities at local mega malls, South Coast Plaza (Costa Mesa), Fashion Island (Newport Beach) as well as local Huntington Center and Westminster Mall. Huntington Beach House Details

Rate details:: When we receive your registration email, the property can be put on hold for ten days pending a deposit of $595 required for booking, $95 is for the non-cleaning fee and $500 is refundable security deposit. $500 security deposit is returned per Rental Agreement stipulations regarding loss, damage, excess cleaning charges. Final payment is due 60 days before check-in. After this, refund is made only if property can be rented for the same time and contractual price. Check in 3 PM - check out 10 am usually Saturday to Saturday. In summer months no daily rentals. Check with owner for minimum stay and daily rates. Group parties, reunions and receptions are only allowed by special arrangements and added usage fee. Swimming Pool: Check with owner if you want the pool heated. (surcharge applies)
