Huddleston House Details
Screened porch is very inviting to all, with ample room to eat and cook outside while watching the children or dogs play in the yard or lake! The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of eating space, and is open to the family room. There is also plenty of deck furniture. The Family room has a queen sleeper sofa and two great Lazy-Boy recliners, books, board games, TV/VCR, and a wood burning fireplace. The dock area includes a stationary dock and floating dock, dock lights, and power for nighttime fishing as well as a boat launch and sandy beach! Come enjoy the scenery and serenity in this well maintained home nestled in the trees on a flat waterfront lot. Get the best of both worlds with nice and private surroundings, yet convenient to everything by boat or land.
Golf: Golf right in your back yard here, just walk across and start at Mariners Landing famous golf course!
Other Activities: on-site private beach and boat launch!
