We strongly recommend that all vacationers purchase 'Travel Guard' or Vacation Insurance for any unforeseen situations, occurrences, or emergencies which could lead to any monetary loss. Vacationers by booking take full responsibility for failure to purchase travel insurance to protect them against any losses incurred do to their inability to fulfill their booking, & therefore hold owner harmless. Failure to leave the home locked with lights,fans & water off will result in a $100.00 fee charged to vacationers credit card. Vacationer accepts this policy and booking with any payments constitutes full understanding and acceptance of this policy.

- The Master bedroom features large armoire, closet with mirrored doors, sitting area with couch, TV, fan, private entrance leading to private outside sitting area, tile floors. There is a new flat screen LCD TV for watching movies or DVDs after a long day on the Island. The loft features TV, fan, make-up dresser, marble desk, 8 foot by 8 foot skylight above the Queen bed fall asleep to the stars. The skylight is also excellent for the Hawaiian full moons at night the view is great. If you like to star gaze you will enjoy the Hawaiian sky lite up in full view from the skylight. You can also wake up to the sky in the morning refreshed after a good nights sleep under the stars.

We added a 28 x 14 foot deck that connects to the 2 wrap around lanais that offerr full panoramic ocean views with three separate French Door entries to the deck & lanai. You can enjoy the Hawaiian sunsets as well as BBQ Ahi, Mahi Mahi or steaks on the deck with full view of the cruise ships that come to Kona. There is also new patio furniture & a hammock to relax and unwind on after a long day of sightseeing. If you're looking for a suntan all you have to do is lay back on the lounge chairs.. You can also view the ocean while doing dishes in the kitchen or taking a shower in the first bathroom. You can also fall asleep at night watching the moon and Hawaiian stars on a clear night in bed looking up through the 8 foot by 8 foot skylight in the loft bedroom.Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean is something that Kona is famous for. You can also listen to some relaxing Hawaiian music on the stereo or surf the web with WiFi on the deck as the sun sets on the horizon.It's paradise
