Discounted rates given for bi-weekly, monthly, season, and repeat renters (15% minimum)
Security deposits required on all rentals. Security deposits returned within 30 days of the end of the rental if the property is found to be in the same condition as it was at the beginning of the rental. - Minimum security deposit $500.00. Preferrable payment method for security deposit is via a credit card.
Added security if pets are part of the rental party.
Cleaning fee assessed on all rentals: Weekend rate$100.00/ Weekly rate $150.00.
For monthly rentals mid-month cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.
Trash/recycling arrangements determined by rental time.
