For those travelers interested in booking for 2013 and 2014, we are currently offering the villa at our current rates (which have remained steady over the past 7 years) if you wish to lock in the savings now. A nominal rate increase is planned in the fall 2012. - A non-refundable confirmation fee of $500 is required at the time of booking, and will be applied to the initial payment which is 50% of the rental cost. Initial payment is due within 7 days of receipt of rental documents. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to date of occupancy. 10% US Virgin Island tax is additional.
A $$35 non-refundable security deposit waiver fee is also required at the time of your final payment, 8 weeks prior to arrival. Please check our website, for further details.
Cancellation Policy: Payments are non-refundable unless the agent or owner re-rents the villa during the period reserved. If the villa is re-rented, a handling charge of 20% of monies paid, plus any difference incurred if a replacement rental must be discounted, will be deducted. We highly recommend you purchase Trip Interruption Insurance for all dates of travel,especially when traveling during hurricane season, July-October. Please refer to our own website for details

- Each bedroom has an en suite bath. The two upper bathrooms are accented with skylights and the west guest bedroom has a massive shower with stone wall accents. There is an outdoor shower on the lower level covered patio.

- The Master has a dedicated King Size Bed. The two guest Bedrooms have two twins that can be made into comfortable Kings Sized beds. Cribs, extra roll-away beds and Pack-n-Plays are available for rental by our property managers. While we try to exercise some flexibility with extra children or an extra adult, the villa is really only designed for 6 adults and is not appropriate for large parties. The living room does not have sleep sofas.

Notes:
A front loading digital washer and dryer are located in our utility room on the lower level. There is some exercise equipment, including a Nordictrack and set of weights. We have a limited supply of snorkeling equipment.and it is probably best to bring your own to insure sizing. We have just installed a state of the art triple filtered, UV irradiation water system so that water from all taps is bottled water quality, making it unnecessary for you to lug bottles from the grocery store!!
We've also just installed broadband and wireless Internet.
The Kitchen: In addition to the usual gadgets, has a cappuccino maker, a bread maker, ice cream maker, Cuisinart, and every kitchen gadget we and our guests could think of to let the inner gourmet in you free during your vacation!!
