St Petersburg Condo Details
Our apartment offer approximately 1,140 square feet living area and is non-smoking (smoking is permitted on the balcony). It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living/dining room, a kitchen, balcony, and an unbelievable view of the Gulf of Mexico, the famous Sunshine Skyway, Boca Ciega Bay, and the Florida sunsets. You can see boats going by from almost every window and from the balcony. The apartment is completely furnished and decorated. And is equipped with absolutely everything -- 3 phone, air-conditioning, cable TV, DVD, wireless internet, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Cookware, utensils, and all-new linens and towels are also provided.
On-site amenities include a heated pool, a spa, beaches, golf, tennis, a fitness center, clubhouse, boardwalk, a nearby shopping center, restaurants, Isla del Sol Yacht and Country Club, reserved covered parking, 24-hour security -- and, of course, water, water everywhere! Please note: There is a two-week minimum stay required.
Golf: Isla del Sol is an island community on 350 acres of beautifully manicured tropical gardens surrounded by the waters of Boca Ciega Bay. It is located on the southernmost tip of St. Petersburg. Isla del Sol consists of a variety of different condominium buildings in a resort environment that offers a million dollar clubhouse, country style living with several pools, tennis facilities and a 18 hole golf course.
