Corolla House Details
The top level features a great room with a living area, dining area, and kitchen, as well as a half bath. The living area has a TV, a VCR/DVD, surround-sound, a CD, and a wood-burning fireplace. The dining/kitchen area seats up to 14 people, and is equipped with everything a great kitchen needs. A screened porch is adjacent to this area; and a king master bedroom is just off the great room. This master bedroom has a full bath, a TV/VCR, and access to a top deck and a seven-person hot tub and FREE WiFi. A store room on the ground level contains eight bicycles and five beach chairs. A fish-cleaning table and a charcoal grill are also steps away on this level. This home is located in the villages at Ocean Hill in Corolla -- within walking distance of the peach, pools, and recreation facilities. As guests, you'll have full use of community amenities. Walk or bike to one of the top ten beaches in the country according to 'Road & Travel', 'The Travel Channel', and 'City Search' websites
Enjoy the NEW VOH fitness center. Swim at the lakeside or oceanside pool; or play a set of tennis in the recreation area. All are located just steps from this home. The historic Currituck Beach Lighthouse, the Whale Head Club, and historic Corolla Village are within one mile. The 4 x 4 beach access is a quarter mile down the road. Go to see wild horses. Spend a day wave-riding; or take an ATV tour of the North Beach. Surf or fish this unique area of the North Carolina shore. Restaurants, movie theatres, and great shopping are close by. But the best-kept secret on the Outer Banks is the late spring and early fall. The water and air temperatures are wonderful. All attractions and amenities are open; and the summer beach crowds are nowhere to be found.
