Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Regular season (June-Dec, except holiday wks & October): $89-99/night
Off season (Jan-May, except summer weekends & holidays): $79/night
Peak season (Holidays, summer weekends, and October): $109/night - Rates quoted are for up to 4 people (max. occupancy). Stay 6 nights or more and we pay for cleaning!
Nightly stays (min. 2 nights) allowed any time during off-season and regular dates. Short stays during peak dates may be booked only within 30 days prior to arrival (not too early). Peak season rates are in effect for all holiday weeks throughout the year, both regular and off-season, summer weekends, and the entire month of October. Holiday stays may require longer stays than 2 nights if booking more than 2 weeks early.
