The home is just seven miles west of the famed Las Vegas strip, and only ten minutes from the airport. This three-bedroom/three-bath, newly-built house offers 2,100 square feet of living space and a 4-hole putting green in the backyard. You can work on your putting and chipping in our backyard before you play on one of the best courses in Las Vegas, which is just steps away! The community offers great views of the nearby Red Rock canyons, tons of picturesque walking trails, and several playground areas for the kids, as well as 24 hour security patrols.
