The second bedroom features a king-size bed while the third bedroom has two twin beds. Two main bathrooms -- each with full size marble showers, are located just outside the bedroom doors. The second and third bedrooms open onto the landscaped front garden. There is a home office in the master bedroom -- with Internet access (bring your laptop), printer, and phone/FAX service, which will allow you to stay in touch as you relax at Casa Terra. There are two shaded eating areas on the pool deck -- a shaded area tucked under the roof overhang, and a patio table with umbrella and chairs near the water. There is also a spacious dining area. There is a a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Comfortable outdoor furniture on the large, partially shaded poolside patio lends itself to a bit of daydreaming, a relaxing snooze, or a day of working on your tan poolside.

For your outdoor enjoyment we provide QUALITY patio furniture, chaise lounges, and pool floats, as well as a picnic cooler and freezer packs, a beach umbrella, and boogie boards. After a day in paradise, casually walk the beach to one of the many fabulous restaurants in La Cruz or Bucerias for dinner. Or whip up a gourmet meal in the fully-equipped kitchen complete with cookware and utensils, a water purification system (bottled water is available for your convenience), a full-size refrigerator, four burner gas stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and a toaster. Golf: 5 Golf courses are located within 30 minutes of Casa Terra. Flamingos Golf and Tennis Resort is located about 10 minutes south of Casa Terra. Activities onsite or nearby include swimming, snorkeling, diving, whale-watching, fishing, kayaking, boating, surfing, wind-surfing, para sailing, boogie boarding, horseback riding, golf, tennis, ecotouring, and shopping. And of course, beachcombing is at your front door!
