This darling studio located on the peninsula flanked by the marina and the beach. Casa Monica has a lovely marina view and is approx. 30 yards from the beach and pool. It is also a three minute walk to the , marina, dive shops, dolphins, and restaurants. The marina side offers more privacy -- and is quiet, with lovely gardens below.

Casa Monica is on the marina it is less than 30 yards to the pool and beach. The waterfront/marina plaza is less than a 5 minute walk away so the restaurants, internet cafes, dolphin swim, shops, small grocery stores, dive shops etc are at your fingertips

Excellent Location : When it comes to Puerto Aventuras you want to be close to the main beach, called, 'Bahia Fatima, The Beach in front of The Omni, or the main beach'. Chac Hal Al is on the main beach, on a private peninsula nestled between the marina, the marina entrance (boats) and the main beach. Do not be fooled, when comparing locations within Puerto Aventuras the Chac Hal Al complex where this condo is located is very hard to beat. .
