This delightful, sun-filled three-bedroom/one-bath cape is situated on a quiet country road. This comfortable home has a backyard terrace, gardens, and all amenities. It's a great place for a small family or a couple to rest, relax, and enjoy the Berkshires. Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow, theaters, and museums are all nearby. And there are lots of nearby activities including hiking, swimming, tennis, biking, skiing, snow-boarding, and snow-shoeing.

Nearest motorway: Route 23 and Route 7 at 7 Miles

The beautiful rolling hills of the Berkshires are wonderful in every season. Biking, hiking, swimming, tennis available all summer long. Backyard with patio is great for reading and dreaming. Summer theaters (Berkshire Theater Festival, Barrington Stage Co.), music (Tanglewood), dance (Jacob's Pillow) all within short drives from our house. Fall foliage is breath-taking. In winter, the skiing at Butternut (5 minutes from the house), Catamount (20 minutes) and many other ski areas is wonderful. But so is sitting in the house, reading and watching the snow and the many birds that come to the feeders in our yard. Sledding in our back yard is great for the kids.
