Perfect for families or couples. Amenities include air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in condo, and assigned free parking. In addition to 2 bedrooms, there is a quality queen sleeper sectional in the living room to sleep 6 comfortably. Vaulted ceilings create an open and spacious feel in the mirrored living and dining rooms.
The condo is equipped for guest comfort and convenience. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, noodles, baby beach toys, etc. There is a Pack 'N Play in the condo for use inside or on the lanai. Minimum rental 7-10 nights depending on season. If fewer than 7 nights accepted by owner, cleaning fee is added to the rate.
Balance of rent is due on or before 60 days of check in date. - Weeks containing holidays are charged 3 nts @ $330/nt rate plus tax. Minimum stay 10 nights December 15 through January 31. Minimum stay 7 nights otherwise. If booking accepted for fewer than 7 nights by owner, $135 cleaning fee is added.
