- We rent our property by advance reservations and must charge a fee for cancellations due to processing costs.
If cancellation is more than 3 weeks prior to reservation date: 20% of full rental price will be charged.
If less than 3 weeks, the deposit is forfeited unless replacement rental is booked.
After full payment is made, 50% of full rental price is the penalty unless rebooked.
Late arrival or early departure will not result in refund. We will make every effort to consider emergency situations. If we book a replacement rental for that period we will give a refund minus our expenses.
All cancellations incur $50 fee.
