Davenport Villa Details
In the extended pool area there are two tables seating six and four persons on the luxury patio furniture together with four chaise lounges for those who like to sun-bathe. The lanai provides welcome shade for those who prefer to sit and read. Large, carefully tended plants give it the 'tropical' feel. The garage has been converted to a games room containing full-size pool table, Foosball and air-hockey games. The coast is only about one hour away in either direction [Gulf or Atlantic] and all the attractions of Disney World, Epcot, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, etc. are only about 15 minutes away. Many varied restaurants are just a short drive. If you fancy an evening in, the nearest supermarket is about two miles away to cater for your needs. Golf courses [Southern Dunes and Champions Gate] are a 10 minute drive. Kennedy Space Center is well worth a visit if you have time left.
At the end of a long, exhausting but fun-packed day at the theme parks come back to peace and tranquility, dip your toes in the swimming pool, and enjoy a cool glass of wine. Play a game of pool with a beer, or simply just 'chill out' in our luxury property. A telephone is provided for those who like to stay in touch. Free local calls, other calls may be made through the operator using a credit card. Broadband internet connection, no extra charge. Our home is professionally maintained by the management company, which is available for emergencies.
