Davenport Villa Summary

This superb executive villa is situated in a peaceful, sought-after location overlooking a lake and conservation area. And Disney World and the other popular attractions are just 20 minutes away. The villa is privately owned and managed, and is fully air-conditioned. The living area has a vaulted ceiling. The lounge is fully furnished, and includes cable TV, a video, and stereo systems. A patio door leads from the lounge to the fully screened patio and solar-heated swimming pool area. Patio furniture and a barbecue are also provided. The luxury master bedroom has a queen-size bed, cable TV, and a large en-suite bathroom. There are three double bedrooms with twin beds and an additional bathroom. There is also a sofa-bed in a quiet living area, for additional sleeping accommodations. Kitchen and dining facilities are to the highest standard, and include a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, an automatic ice maker, a dishwasher, and a waste disposal. And there's a separate laundry room.
