Barnstable House Details
The game room has an eight-foot pool table, pinball, Foosball and more. The home offers 2 laundry rooms and 2 kitchens and a 4 burner grill on the back deck. There is 450 square-foot of deck off the living room that overlooks the front yard and pool and then wraps around the side yard overlooking the gardens and into a private back yard with 1,300 square feet of deck space that has a built in 6-person hot tub. Two kayaks are available for guests' use. Three bicycles are also available. Just beyond the deck and hot tub is Hammock Hill with 5 hammocks hanging from the trees overlooking the back deck. The home is located three miles from Sandy Neck Beach and close to numerous lakes. There is a wonderful Frisbee disc golf course 2 miles away on one of the lakes that is free of charge; and Frisbee discs are provided. All local and national long-distance phone calls are also provided free of charge.
