Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

September 13 - September 30, 2008: $600 per week (2 wk min)/$1850 per month
October 1 - October 29, 2008: $600 per week (2 wk min)/$1850 per month
December 17 - December 24, 2008: $995 + extra
January 20 - Feb 3, 2009: $2895.00 + extras(Superbowl weeks)

All rates are subject to 12% Florida tax, $100.00 cleaning fee, $100 application fee(non-refundable, money goes directly to Lighthouse Towers, a refundable $200 security. A minimum of 10 days prior notice for rentals.
Please note: Lighthouse Towers is a two week minimum property.
If you wish to stay just 7 days, the rates will be $995 plus fees(off season) or $1495 plus fees(in season) -
All rates are subject to 12% Florida tax, $100.00 cleaning fee, $100
application fee (non-refundable, money goes directly to Lighthouse
Towers), a refundable $200 security. A minimum of 10 days
prior notice for rentals.

There are two TVs with cable -- one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. Here is a list of included amenities: toaster, crock pot, coffee maker, baking dishes and supplies, spice rack, martini glasses and shaker, wine goblets, Pyrex cookware, two sets of dishware, breakfast bar with two stools, dining room, answering machine, washer dryer in unit, tile and carpet flooring, iron and ironing board, radio, vacuum, beach cooler, drying rack, laundry basket, balcony with two sliding door access, and table with two chairs for the balcony. Take a stroll along the Gulf's white sandy beach. Watch the gorgeous sunsets from the living room or balcony.
You may even see dolphins frolicking in the surf from the living room!
