Kihei Condo Details
Close to wonderful activities.: The building is equipped with elevators, and a roof-top garden that is complete with barbecues, picnic tables, and lounge chairs. Lounges are also available on the ocean facing lawn perfect for viewing Hawaiian ocean sunsets. The heated, Oceanside swimming pool has additional shuffleboard and barbecues. The building fronts an ancient Hawaiian fish pond that's protected by a low wall of lava rock, which forms a great saltwater swim/snorkel opportunity. The Hawaiian Humpback Whale Sanctuary is our immediate neighbor; and information on the seasonal whale population can be obtained there. At the sanctuary you can also enjoy the best views on the island of the leaping, blowing whales that visit us each year to give birth and nurse in the warm waters. Menehune Shores is centrally located to seven world-class golf courses all within a ten-minute drive. The Pacific Ocean Center is five minutes down the road, there you can view the ocean's inhabitants from a walk-through glass tunnel.
Wireless internet and more....: This Ocean Center also offers play miniature golf, rock wall climbing, and many fine restaurants. The exclusive hotels and shops of Wailea are located just south of Kihei. The historic whaling village of Lahaina is just 25 minutes north. Exciting windsurfing and kitesurfing activity can be viewed from our private lanai (balcony), which is furnished with five comfortable high chairs and two tables for the best ocean/whale viewing possible. Condo amenities include a phone, cable TV (42-inch flat screen), a DVD, VCR, a stereo home surround theatre, two bedroom TVs, hair blowers, beach towels, chairs, mats, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel eq. and toys. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, cooking utensils, linens, a washer/dryer, and rice cooker and blender. Tropical dishware and artwork.
Room for Seven: Our living room couch converts to a pillow top queen bed and the second bedroom has a single bed as well as a queen sized bed. We are a legitimate, licensed vacation rental, located in a hotel-zoned district of Kihei.
Golf: We are within minutes of the World Class golf courses such as Wailea Gold, Blue and Emerald, Elleair, Dunes, Makena, Kahili and more!
