Venice House Summary

Wake up every morning in a tropical setting of fruit trees and gardens. Relax in a brand new private electric heated pool that overlooks our backyard. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is located at 328 Bayshore Drive - the most desirable address in all of Venice! In fact, from our back yard you can sip a cup of coffee and watch boats sail along the gorgeous Roberts Bay. This wonderful home is only a 2 blocks walk to the charming town of Venice filled with coffee shops, wine bars, art stores, antique shops and fine restaurants. And, our house is also only a 6 block walk along the tree lined Venice Avenue to the beach. Plus, we've just added high speed Internet for guests who bring their laptop. Our Bayshore estate home is located on the island of Venice Beach Florida and surrounded by gardens and fruit trees. It is a beautiful Florida vacation rental house and has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10) and a sleeper bed (sleeps 2). Plus, it has a living room with a ceramic tiled floors.

Venice Florida is located in Southwest Florida, about 10 miles south of Sarasota, Florida along the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico. Small in size but large in charm, the city of Venice Florida features a charming tree lined town filled with boutique shops, antique stores, coffee shops and cafes Activities nearby include beach, golf, swimming, boat and jet ski rental, para sailing, and fishing from the Venice Florida pier. Other close activities include Spring Major League Baseball, bowling, more golf, putt-putt golf, tennis, movies, museums, shopping malls, library, etc. Venice Florida is best known for its pristine white beaches (which include Casperson Park, Nokomis Beach and Brohard Park) and the prehistoric shark’s teeth that can be found here. Venice is 15 miles south of Sarasota. It is just a wonderful location. Close to Busch Gardens in Tampa Florida. 1 ½ hours from Walt Disney World Florida, Sea World Florida, and Universal Studios in Orlando Florida.

Notes: Our Harbor Paradise Home vacation beach house is a very roomy vacation home. It features central air conditioning and has a washer dryer, plus, of course heat and a fire place for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines. Our home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and disposal) and an outdoor screened in patio with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs. We even have a desk for those who wish to bring a computer. The back yard is filled with trees and flowers and is much more private than a vacation condo or apartment.

Our beach house is a 5 minute walk to the beach in Venice and a few minutes walk to downtown Venice. It is also only a 15 minute walk on the beach to the Venice Pier and Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset. It’s also close to Busch Gardens in Tampa Florida. Only 1 1/2 hours to Walt Disney World Florida, Sea World Florida, and Universal Studios in Orlando Florida. Also our villa is near many beaches including Venice beaches, Bradenton beach, Englewood beach, Laurel, Siesta Key beach, Casey Key beach, and Sarasota beaches. Our Venice holiday vacation rental home is great for a Florida family vacation, a Disney vacation or a family beach vacation. Only 10 minutes to Sarasota.
