Your dates are confirmed when we receive your security deposit. We prefer and accept personal check. We are the owners of the unit and have 11 years of experience renting the condo to families. We do not use a property management company because they do not meet our high standards for cleaning, maintenance and stocking of items in the condo. We rent to responsible families who will take care of the condo. If you like the ocean and beach and are looking for a clean and well maintained condo, please call us.
