$75/week cleaning fee is included in posted rate - Waterville Valley is 60 minutes NE. Loon Mountain is 45 minutes North. Cannon Mountain is 60+ minutes North. Gunstock is 1 hour East. Reservations require a deposit requested by owner within 7 days of making your requested reservation. Please add a $100 security deposit for each pet. This deposit is fully refundable within five days of the end of your rental period, if the premises are left undamaged, all inventory is intact, and all financial obligations have been met.
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Checkout time is 10:00 AM.
Smoking inside and all fireworks are prohibited.
