There is a $500 security deposit in the house, which is fully refunded as long as there is no damage to our home or excessive cleaning needed.
To hold a reservation, 50% of total is due at booking, with balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Our full reservation and cancellation policy is available on our personal web site. Please contact us and we will be happy to provide it.
We accept personal checks or money orders. Sorry no credit cards.
