Lake Anna House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 7 Night rentals only except when Calendar shows shortened weeks.....No weekend rentals during Peak Rental Rates...however mid week (Mon-Thurs) only rentals are available (please inquire). Holiday rates will apply to certain dates. Maximum of 12 people including children. Dog friendly upon owner's approval. Please, Families and responsible adults only...NO parties! Power outage workers welcome...please contact for rates.
Cleaning and taxes are included in rates. Not included in rental rates posted is a Damage Deposit- $500- shall be returned with in 30 days of rental departure so long as contract is not broken. Should a portion or all of security deposit not be return a written notice will be provided to renter. Linens, towels and paper products are NOT provided. A detailed list of inclusion and exclusions will be provided.
Off Peak Season ONLY--Late Check Out (3:00pm) is available upon request and availablility with $75 fee...must be arranged prior to final payment - Please contact us for date specific rates as holiday rates may apply.
