Low Season Deals
Our low season (November to December) offers some great rates for early bookers! We also offer one bedroom condominiums on the ground floor. The one bedroom condominiums are directly on the beach and have spectacular sunset vistas. On the second floor, we have some town houses and three bedroom units that are garden view and all of these do have stairs. Availability and prices for these are upon request.

St Petersburg Condo Details
About the Condominiums: The unit has a full size kitchen with a full size stove, oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. All crockery and silverware is included as are beach towels and linens. The living rooms a spacious and have a queen size sleeper sofa. There is free Cable TV (with 70+ channels), VCR and CD player. This unit is on the ground floor and garden view. Ceiling fans, central heat and air conditioning is throughout. The condo have been recently painted, tiled, updated and has a private patio. We also include free local phone service and there is free parking available. At night there are dozens of nearby beach restaurants awaiting you, as well as night clubs and bars. There is also great shopping, with excellent discount malls, within a few miles drive.
Other Amenities: Also in the vicinity, within a short drive, are golf courses, nature reserves, bird watching, parasailing, scuba, dolphin cruises and pristine beaches ranked as the finest in the USA!! You are right next to the Barrier Islands with boating, swimming, tanning, jet skiing, water skiing, and lots of wonderful beaches. Bermuda Bay is a welcome retreat to come home to after a busy day in the sun. Relax in the shady gardens and refresh in one of the two heated pools or the hot tub on the beach. All weather, night and day tennis courts are available as well as racquetball, picnic and BBQ areas, playground, putting green and shuffleboard. The clubhouse offers activities such as bingo, art classes, etc. I will reply to all requests promptly, giving you more detailed information on availability and current prices via email.
