- CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 60 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental deposit (less any pre-paid Travel Insurance fees) will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. We suggest each tenant take advantage of our Travel Insurance to protect your money paid in the event of an unexpected cancellation.
**RENTALS ARE WEEKLY DURING PRIME SEASON WITH TWO NIGHT MINIMUM ALL OTHER TIMES, EXCEPT 3 NIGHT MINIMUM ON HOLIDAYS.
10.3% TAX ON RENT, $80.00 CLEANING FEE, $50.00 ACCIDENTAL RENTAL DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE, AND $50 PET FEE (if applicable).
