Miramar Beach Condo for Rent: Gulf View, Hot Tub, Pool, Beach, Balcony - Property 215625

The unit sleeps 6 - has one bedroom (queen bed), one bath, a queen sleeper sofa, two hall bunks, and a full-sized kitchen, 1 bathroom. Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am. Guests may use the swimming pool, beach, and jacuzzi in the case of earlier arrival on the day of check-in. Exceptions to the check-in times may be made depending on availability. Age requirements: No rentals will be made to those under the age of 25. Someone at least 25 must stay in the condo and be responsible for any damages. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of all fees received less a $20 cancellation fee. Advance payment of 25% down will not be refunded if cancellation made between 31 days and 89 days prior to arrival; all other fees will be refunded.

Damage deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded; however, no other fees will be returned for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival unless we are able to rent the same unit out for the same days as you had reserved except in the case of hurricane warnings in the area (see below). Refunds cannot be given for late arrival or early departure unless it involves a hurricane warning in the area (see below). Hurricane Warnings: If a hurricane warning is issued for our area during your stay, a refund will be made for any days remaining on your rental agreement if you choose to check-out. If the beginning of your stay is delayed due to a hurricane warning in the area, a refund will be made of any rental fees for nights that you do not stay. If a hurricane warning is issued during your booked time, you may choose to change your dates of stay if the unit is not already booked for the dates you wish to change to.

If your date of arrival is delayed due to the unit being damaged by a hurricane, all unused nights' rents will be refunded. If you have booked reservations for one week or less and wish to cancel your booked reservation due to a hurricane warning in the area during any dates you have booked, all fees will be refunded. Referrals: We have an excellent referral program! For each person you refer who books and stays a week, you will receive a discount of 10% on a week's stay on your next visit (or your second week of your current stay). For example: if five people you refer stay a week each, then on your next week, you will receive a 50% discount. Vacation Exchange/Trades: We will consider a trade for those who own similar properties in other areas such as Tampa, Orlando, Florida Keys, mountain areas, islands, etc. RCI weeks accepted.
