Additional amenities for your entertainment include 3 color televisions with cable, home theatre VCR/DVD/CD players, stereos, telephone (local calls only), clock radios, various family games, books/magazines, numerous videos and cds. Other household amenities include ceiling and other fans, a washer and dryer, laundry detergent, iron, ironing board, hair blow dryers, and soaps. All bedding, linens, and towels are provided for the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Outside amenities include new private dock, tetherball, horseshoes, volleyball, a 5-person pedal boat and a 14' fishing boat. There is ample parking on the property.

There are 5 golf courses within 10 miles (16 courses within 20 miles), plus a miniature golf course. There are several state, county, and township parks, numerous restaurants, and ice cream parlours nearby. Area activities include fantastic fishing (no license needed on this private lake), swimming, and hunting. Less than 2 miles to White Pine State Trail for biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, ATV-ing, and snowmobiling. Don't forget there's bowling, skating, horseback riding, antiquing, movie theatres, quaint shoppes, and much more nearby! Something for everyone. Urika Cove is an easy 35-minute drive from Grand Rapids. It's only 5 miles from the freeway, beautifully situated on a quiet, no-wake cove.
