Lake Anna House Summary

Get away from it all at this peaceful family retreat at the North end of Lake Anna. Enjoy one of the best deep-water waterfront rentals at the lake. Waterfront has a large deep-water dock and a wade-in beach area perfect for small children. We also have a shaded upper dock area at the water with a large picnic table. The house has a wrap-around deck and an open, bright floor plan. The well-equipped kitchen/great room is on the main level, and has ample counter space, two barstool seating, large 'friendship table', leather couches, satellite TV/DVD/VCR, fireplace and french doors. Deck is equipped with an oversized table and many chairs. The main floor also has a bedroom with a queen sized bed and bath across the hall, perfect for grandparents. The lower walk-out level is perfect for kids with a separate living room with satellite TV/DVD/VCR, pool table, bunk room with four twin bunks and full bathroom. Our 2 1/2 acre lot has ample parking, lawn with fire pit and a wooden playset.

Lake Anna is centrally located, with opportunities for easy day-trips to Fredericksburg Area and Civil War battlefields, Washington DC, Richmond, VA, Charlottesville, Skyline Drive, Williamsburg and Jamestown. Lake Anna State Park is just five minutes away, and offers many outdoor programs. There are also several wineries and golf courses within a 30 minute drive.
