Napa Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $ 3050 -15000
- Rental periods are 30 days or more. Renters may arrange to arrive and depart any time within that period. Rental rates are up to $15000 maximim for full month stay.
There is an additional 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom Cabin on the property (sleeps 2) that may be rented separately to expand usage to 8 individuals. Rate for the Birdhouse Cabin: $5400 monthly maximum. Prices provided are for the Villa only, so please inquire if you are interest in both the Villa and Cabin or just the Cabin alone.
There is an additional refundable $1000 security deposit for Villa ($500 for Cabin).
