The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath with a lovely, comfortable tub. Each bedroom has a sink, and the Tower Room has a separate room in the tower.

Georgetown House Details
1930's Dance Pavilion: There is plenty of everything needed for entertaining a large group. The 1930's dance pavilion is adjacent to the house, and was built when the property became a hotel. Guests would travel by train, car, and horse to The Highlands -- to the dances that were held there. Two room-length balconies are perched over the plank dance floor; and a ping-pong table, basketball net, and snooker table are available for recreation. The Pavilion also has a powder room, kitchen with sink, propane stove, fridge, and a barbecue on the veranda. It is a wonderful place to eat or relax in the many comfortable chairs and couches -- enjoying the beautiful weather from the veranda or a warming fire inside.
Weddings: The property is a tried and true amazing location for a wedding! We will be happy to discuss this with you, and we have an experienced wedding planner who has staged beautiful weddings on the property. July 27/06 'Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us. Our wedding was more perfect than could ever be imagined… The house, the pavilion, the large lawn – all helped to make for a wonderful day. Golf: At the Brudenell River Resort which is about 3 miles from The Highlands there are 3 golf courses. Brudenell & Dundarave are both Championship 18 hole courses and they also have a 9 hole executive course. The renowned Links at Crowbush Cove is about 1/2 hour drive from The Highlands.
Guest Book: Aug 12/06 'We've had an excellent family vacation at the Highland!s The children loved the beach, the seashore, the sea stars, kayaking, pony rides at Brudenell Stables, baseball on the lawn, playing pool at the Pavilion , and everything they did! The rest of the clan joined the generations who loved the Pavilion for after hours entertainment, poker, fires, music, dancing, pool, and so on . . . thanks and we hope to be back.'
